Obtain customer's customized requirements, quotation, drawing, mold number.

Production Department and Purchasing Department to account for the cost to give a quote, establish the project and give the project proposal and development feasibility analysis report. Set up an exclusive project team, make a project notification and assign the duties of the team. Give the project progress tracking schedule and real-time docking project progress with the customer.

OEM: transform the customer's drawings + bubble diagram

ODM: drawings (developed by the R & D department) DFMEA for this ODM.

Initial BOM, issued sample parts of the trial production notice, (such as new facilities/tooling/equipment clear or new gauges, gages, test equipment, list.) Produce sample parts.

Summarize the material performance/test report, dimensional measurement standard+report, performance test standard+report, surface treatment test standard+report of the sample part. Make updated BOM & project development plan based on above reports.

Update drawings + bubble charts, (PFMEA) based on the above process.

Prepare:

1）Tooling and spare parts list and plan (2D/3D)

2）Checker and spare parts list and plan

3）Pilot production control plan

4）Packaging requirements/standards

5）Inspection work instruction + inspection standard

6）SOP standard operating instructions + process card

Next is OTS sample production and acceptance.

Dimensional measurement report FAI is given by the Quality Department, combined with the small batch trial production pass rate from the Production Department (each part, gun body, assembly and beat production worksheet and the finalized BOM from the Technical Department to make the final project development plan.

Transfer of all project/product experience-list, summary of new product project development objectives, filing of documents/records, project handover list (with quality objectives) and tooling files.
