Warranty

Guaranteeing every spray gun product we manufacture, each product is tested to ensure you get the best experience possible. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This excludes normal wear items and consumables such as filters, pistons, seals, nozzles, guns, hoses, etc. PORPHIS provides the original purchaser of its products with a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, malfunction, corrosion, normal wear and tear, insufficient or missing spray guns, or other aspects of the maintenance of the product, damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or operation, or damage caused by the use of the product for a purpose for which it was not designed or intended. The warranty is void if the product is repaired or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than PORPHIS or its authorised agents, or if any modifications are made or attempted to be made to the product.
