Entry-Industrial Guns

Entry-level industrial spray guns are designed to offer a balance between performance, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness. They are suitable for small to medium-scale industrial applications, such as automotive painting, furniture finishing, and general maintenance tasks. Understanding the working principle of these spray guns can help users optimize their use and achieve better results.

Understanding the Working Principle of Entry-Industrial Guns

Preparation:

The spray gun is connected to an air compressor, which provides the necessary air pressure for atomization. The paint or coating material is loaded into the fluid cup.

Trigger Activation:

When the user pulls the trigger, the needle retracts, allowing the fluid to flow from the cup through the nozzle. Simultaneously, the air valve opens, allowing compressed air to flow through the air cap.

Atomization Process:

As the fluid exits the nozzle, it encounters the high-speed airflow from the air cap. The compressed air breaks the fluid into fine droplets, creating a spray mist. The shape and size of the spray pattern can be adjusted by changing the air cap and nozzle settings.

Spray Pattern Control:

The user can adjust the spray pattern by modifying the position of the air cap, the size of the fluid nozzle, and the air pressure. This allows for a range of spray patterns, from narrow and focused to wide and dispersed, depending on the application.

Application:

The user moves the spray gun across the surface to apply the coating evenly. The distance between the gun and the surface, the speed of movement, and the spray pattern are crucial factors in achieving a smooth and consistent finish.

Shutdown:

Releasing the trigger closes the air valve and returns the needle to its original position, stopping both the air and fluid flow. The gun can then be cleaned and maintained for future use.
